The Warpcast team has my full sympathy these days. The influx of new users and all the small onboarding problems (mobile os version, currencies, etc.) they face seem to create a lot of support requests. That's tough.

ofc, customer support problems are opportunities to turn a complaining customer into a forever-grateful one. is that what's happening though?

you gotta admit the issues eat away at hard-won CB and OP credibility, as well as the overall WC brand
