I've set up my node. I run "./node-2.0.4.2-linux-amd64 -node-info" and I get:

Signature check passed
gRPC Not Enabled, Please Configure

How/where do I enable gRPC? This is a node using a public IP, if this is important.

And what is a "QCL Application"? It's the first thing I read in the Build section of the documentation but there's no definition.

Make sure you update to 2.0.5, but also you can enable gRPC by setting your listenGrpcMultiaddr in your config.yml to something like:
"/ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/8337"
