New project. Frame notifications are a game-changer, but implementing the full spec correctly is not trivial. farma will (eventually!) be a binary you just install on your server, and handles notifications for your frame (or frames). https://github.com/vrypan/farma

I added some instructions on how to setup and use it. It feels much more complicated than it should, but eventually, it will be much simpler. Also, right now, you can only notify all users subscribed to a frame. At some point there will be ways to segment them, like "last notification > 7 days", etc. https://github.com/vrypan/farma/blob/main/README.md

Eventually you should be able to do "apt install farma" and have it run as a service.
