I haven't seen much chatter in here about Zuckerberg's letter admitting that Meta censored for the government. Are folks not talking about it or why don't I see this in my feed or search? Anyway... I'm very curious as to why they decided to open up about it now.

It’s censorship only if it comes from the Censor Region in Europe.

To be fair, the letter mentions they were pressured to do it, not forced. And according to Zuck, they acted according to their own standards.
