We're going to add the ability to add notes on transactions from warplet. Would you like it to be: 

1. Onchain and public to everyone 
2. Offchain and private to you and the recipient (only on Warpcast) 

Assume we can only ship one of these.

I'm not sure what it means on the implementation, but private notes between two users sound a lot like DCs, and if they are implemented as DCs they will not be Warpcast-specific.
