What Chris just said. Since this is a Prophouse vote the DAO already approved the funding onchain and now this prophouse is a signature only attestation without automatic settlement. We are trusting that the  disbursement matches the voting and that also creates an opening to interpret the written rules. Not code.

This is at least the third retro funding via prophouse. So far no incidents or claims of self dealing iirc. I’m not sure how the timestamp of record for who can vote works nor how that’s enforced. 🤷🏻‍♂️
