Frames v2 will introduce notifications. Who will build a notification proxy? A web service where I authenticate with Farcaster and then gives me endpoints that other apps can use to push notifications to me? 

Apps like small automations, think a script that notifies you that a server is down, or that there's motion at your front door, or that your order has been shipped.

It can also offer me a control panel, where I add/remove services that can send me notifications through the proxy, see history, etc.
