One thing I’ve longed for in the space - particularly SWEs in crypto - is salary transparency 

Many “globally remote” companies advertise one number, and then pay a different number depending on your location 

Sites like levels/glassdoor don’t have enough data points on this either

For someone looking to move countries, it’s weird not knowing what it would mean in terms of pay

I think most people don't want to disclose our salaries, but at the same time we would love to know the actual salaries in our industry. 

That's a typical problem looking for a ZK-proof solution, right?

I would agree with this. Right now at least in my industry this is all done manually by a private company and they charge for it. Maybe something @web3pm & @j4ck.eth can achieve one day with icebreaker 🤷‍♂️

If I was working a job and not a founder I’d be happy to, but my current salary is neither impressive nor changes based on location 🤷‍♂️
