I can't emphasize enough how impactful Wim Hof breathing has been on my nervous system. Rapid, deep breaths to temporarily increase oxygen levels, engaging the sympathetic nervous system. Then the breath hold out engages the parasympathetic system promoting relaxation. This sequence when repeated works wonders!!

This guy is a bit scary π I prefer Pranayama π Thereβs a lot of variety, almost instant effect, itβs ancient and kinda less pompous π
