Yoga changes mind patterns ✨⬇️ Woke up already hungry. Sat down for a session of Yogic Alternative Nostril breathing and thought I’d have a croissant in a cafe right after. Halfway through the breathing exercise, I realised I didn’t want a croissant any more and will go for a more nutritious breakfast.

Woke up today and was immediately caught up in a loop of OVERTHINKING. Did some Full Yogic breaths. Was able to get up after two minutes. Pranayama worked like a charm, again 🦸

Couldn’t sleep last night. Did some Ujjayi breathing. Was the last thing I remember. Worked like a charm.

Been thinking what kind of content would be helpful for people here. I think I’ll go for breath work (Pranayama). Unlike meditation, this stuff may have immediate effect - even on complete beginners, even after a short session.
