Are you on the latest version of the app? Not sure if that could be the cause at all, but anyways worth to check. Mine are sitting right at the end of the coins that are visible by default (without opening the whole list with "show all") and they are visible in the iOS wallet and desktop (browser) wallet without doing anything to make them appear.

How did you get it to work? I can’t do any transfers with the testnet, always fails with the error, “chain unknown”

“Getting it to work” only meant I finally found the tokens in my wallet. I haven’t attempted moving them yet.
