Just curious, but would the votes even be acknowledged? Especially if they were in favor of the opposition?

Is this an anonymous way to signal dissension or approval? Curious to the impact this had.

Unfortunately, they are not recognized by the current Belarusian government, but they are building a democratic opposition. Holding free elections within this movement is a big step toward achieving their goal of a democratic transition in the country.
