One insight from this talk (h/t @eulerlagrange.eth) is that post dot com bubble, the sales led model of tech leadership (eg. John Sculley) gave way to the engineer founder / CEO (eg. Zuck)

I suspect we’ll have a similar rotation in crypto, except from R&D / deep eng leaders to product folks
