In 2017 I launched Graphite as an encrypted alternative to Google Docs. It didn’t work out and year later Skiff launched. I always rooted for them, so I’m sad to see that they’ll be shutting it down.

I wouldn’t say they are shutting down if anything they would be getting more resources and distribution.

Shutdown in 6 months but I don’t think it’s an acquahire. I am sure there is some legal reason for this.
