Decentralizing channels sequence

1. Next week — moving all channels over to the new model (Phase 1 in below doc)

2. Will monitor UX and make any adjustments 

3. End of May / early June — Phase 2 draft technical spec

For those reaching out about partnering or powering a specific part of channels — the goal is to make the protocol primitive 1) simple 2) flexible.

The channel stack (i.e. "legos") will be a marketplace. If you're a developer with a good idea, you have the freedom to build it.

It could be interesting to add a "lego" in this marketplace to verify humanity and avoid bots (e.g. request mobile number verification onchain via Open Gateway through Chainlink Functions)
