Easiest way to think about the new channel format 

Big channel: generally bad 

Small channel: could be good 

This new format is basically a bet that small channels/communities are what unlocks growth for Farcaster.  I'm not convinced yet but it's an interesting experiment to try to create more cozy corners

That’s fair. But does a lot of time, energy, and taste? Or does the curation problem take care of itself if the core group is of quality and on the same wavelength? 

Less people makes this easier obviously..the downside.

Curation is key

Good curation takes a lot of time, energy and taste. It’s not easy and it requires someone to cut through the noise and find signal that’s relevant to a particular group or audience.

Curation will only become more valuable now that information is infinite
