Hard to understand how important nailing the narrative matters for your business to succeed. I would argue having the right narrative and being in the right pocket is more valuable than having the best product or infra. Nail the narrative in a way that reflects what people are bullish on and the rest will follow.

Timing is also important. I saw many projects fail because they had the right narrative but were too early
