Hard to understand how important nailing the narrative matters for your business to succeed. I would argue having the right narrative and being in the right pocket is more valuable than having the best product or infra. Nail the narrative in a way that reflects what people are bullish on and the rest will follow.

Timing is also important. I saw many projects fail because they had the right narrative but were too early

Agreed - but also being narrative proof is important depending on the season. Narratives change quick in our industry - it's important for products in our space to actually solve user problems with smooth UX first. Narratives can be leveraged but shouldn't be the north star

This is spot on! I feel nailing the narrative has been the highlight of many successful projects, especially when you look at projects launching NFT collections to build a brand story. Narratives turn users into believers!
