A wise person once told me: "Fahrenheit is how humans feel Celsius is how water feels Kelvin is how molecules feel"

The beauty of Celsius in relation to Kelvin is that one degree of change in one is one degree of change in the other. They’re just offset by a fixed number. I wish Fahrenheit didn’t exist, but if it had to, I wish it was another simple offset from Kelvin that also matched the “human feel”

If fahrenheit = kelvin - 256, or even fahrenheit = (kelvin - 256) * 2, I would acknowledge it as being more civilized 🙂
