1. be in ventilated spaces or outside when possible, CO2 meter helps measure 2. mask in some high risk settings (eg. airplane) 3. nose spray (betadine, enovid) 4. nose rinse (literally squirt salt water up your nose) in some high risk settings (eg. confs) 5. UV lamp I've recently upped my paranoia level, let's see if I can go a full year without getting anything!
