Blob fee market is already looking very different from what it was like before October.

It's important that any improvements we make to the blob fee market don't overfit to any one specific time period.

There were a lot of proposals to overcomplicate the fee market to optimize around a state of affairs where the basefee was usually zero but occasionally spiked to being very nonzero, and now it looks like those proposals would have been counterproductive.
