It has become a playground for the rich with Texas politicians doing little to support average working people and families. While the skyline may look pretty there is no concern for people over these buildings.

Meaningfully declined after such an increase that chased many residents and artists away. The city is unaffordable, overcrowded traffic with little to no update in mass transit for displaced lower income people to trek into the city for work.
