One thing I forgot to talk about in my piece on Community Notes is that CN really succeeded at having the right vibe on a deeper emotional level. Normal fact-checking is "we're the experts, we know right and wrong, we're gonna school you", CN much more of a fun collective dunk on the powerful

💯 I’ve been learning about the human need for autonomy- not a nice to have, an elemental psychological need. Maslow hierarchy. Success of community notes fits in. Matt K Parker wrote a recent book The Radical Enterprise which talks about this too https://warpcast.com/adrienne/0x14c55e
