Although I've never tried myself on creating live visuals, this looks like a really interesting read. Would love to know more about it. Does it make sense to have code examples or tutorials in that context? Not really, right?

This is more an academic book. (loots of text, few picture π ) It is a collection of essays around the live visuals topic, starting with historical context (color organs and visual music from late XIX and early XX, to nowadays).
