i had two tiny turtles when i was in elementary school and the pet store lady gave me HORRIBLE advice on how to care for them so they died i know now what i did wrong because i have two full grown huge versions of the ones that died and it makes me feel sick every time i think about it

I vaguely remember that when I was a kid my little brother had a small pet store turtle - no idea what happened to it but I doubt we knew what we were doing.
