I had heard a lot about the book Deep Work.
I thought this book would be a solution to increase my concentration, so I started reading it.
My guess was right, and this book helped me a lot to work more efficiently.

I recommend this book to everyone who uses the internet and any type of communication applications.
It provides practical and effective solutions to increase concentration.
