In the last few years, I have noticed a significant decrease in my ability to concentrate. I had heard a lot about the book Deep Work. I thought this book would be a solution to increase my concentration, so I started reading it. My guess was right, and this book helped me a lot to work more efficiently. I recommend this book to everyone who uses the internet and any type of communication applications. It provides practical and effective solutions to increase concentration.

This is the nest of a bird that comes every spring and builds a nest in my father's yard and gives birth to its chicks, and then they all leave together. It is so beautiful and lovely for us that the yard has become its safe place.

I have had a formal ceremony for myself for several years. In the spring, when the orange blossoms open, I make wreaths with them and give them as gifts to my friends or hang them in my room.
