This morning, we started our day by shopping at a farmer's market. I really enjoy shopping at markets like this, where everyone sets up a small stall and sells fresh fruits and vegetables from their farm. These markets are full of freshness and life. The atmosphere is filled with the aroma of different vegetables.

What a thought-provoking topic! I think if I could go back, say, to my teenage years, maybe if I had made braver decisions and made the world bigger for myself and been less cautious, everything in life would be different now and I would have loved it more.

After two challenging days with a sick and restless child, I was feeling really tired and exhausted in the evening. I needed some time to myself. So I went for a bike ride and rode a longer route than usual. I feel much better now, and I'm glad I made that choice.
