had to fast until 3pm for some tests at the doctor i’m not a faster i don’t fast but i do as the doctor orders i show up apparently my my appt never got confirmed and its one of those too-tech-forward-for-their-own-good places so they won’t squeeze me in new type of hangry unlocked

Just water. I started with shorter fasts first (12hrs, 24hrs, 3 days) then jumped to 10 days. I was aiming for 30 but couldn’t keep going
