The age criteria seems a bit arbitrary, and plain wrong when you look at actual data about the age of successful founders (either when they started, or when they exited)

looking at the rear mirror I conceptually agree with you. however €10M deployed in very young and tech savvy teams with a standard check of 200k @ €3M post-money valuation, does not look too bad as a BET.
