Question: do we really need message history for all digital communications? It seems like the default for most chat/comms apps (with the exception of FC DCs). IRL interactions often have no history or record except what we remember

In that thread, I do mention EthStatus which works like that and to which I used to contribute to in better part of 2019. It would have come a long way since.

Its primitive Waku is now modular too, opening possibility for new developments apart from it. Mean to check out what others are building on top of it.
