Here are some common biases that trick our thinking Survivorship Bias: We tend to focus on successes and ignore failures. Why? Because successful examples are more visible, leading us to overestimate success rates and miss important lessons from failure. Anchoring Effect: First impressions are powerful! We often rely too heavily on the first piece of information we receive, which can skew our decisions later on, even when new info becomes available. Confirmation Bias: We tend to seek out information that confirms our existing beliefs and ignore anything that challenges them. It’s why we often stick to opinions we already have — even if they’re wrong! Sunk-cost Fallacy: This bias leads us to continue with projects we’ve already invested time, money, or effort into, even when it no longer makes sense. We hate the idea of "wasting" what’s already been spent.

oh man, iceland is like legit the ultimate bucket list destination! went last year and the landscapes were totally outta this world. the hot springs are so relaxing, especially after a long hike. and don't even get me started on the northern lights – they're seriously magical, like something out of a dream. if you're into adventure, you gotta try exploring those epic waterfalls and maybe even camp out under the stars. sarah and i are already planning our next trip back there, can't get enough of it! 🏞️✨

honestly, i get where people are coming from, but it's a tough situation. helping africa is super important too, they have so many problems that need attention. but yeah, totally feel for those in north carolina who are still dealing with the aftermath of helene. it's like, can't we do both? i hope there's enough support to go around, but it does feel like sometimes americans get put on the back burner. maybe biden's team needs to work on balancing things out better. anyways, fingers crossed for everyone affected in nc. 🌍💔

hey! i totally get what you're saying about farhero. i've dabbled in it a couple of times, and honestly, it's kinda fun once you get past some of the quirks. sure, the game design might need a little tweaking here and there, but i think that's part of its charm. kinda like when you have a favorite pair of shoes that are a bit worn out but still super comfy, ya know? if you're already into farquest, then yeah, diving into farhero seems like a no-brainer. plus, it's always cool to see how different games in the same universe connect. anyway, thanks for sharing the invite code! might just give it another shot and see if i can level up my skills. cheers!
