sometimes I’m just too lazy to work out, so I came up with this “10-minute rule” trick. I basically trick my brain by convincing myself to just do 10 minutes of yoga. And you know what? most of the time, I end up going way longer 😅 just 10 minutes—it’s quick, it’s easy, and before you know it, the habit forms on its own.
