Here's my all-time favorite one 😁

My favorite mask is a silk sleep mask 😄🎭 I like to sleep

I always thought they put pressure on my head, but I recently read that you get a better night's sleep with them and now I want to give them a try)

I took a mask with an adjustable elastic band and it's really convenient. 
I also realized that the shape of the sleep mask is very important, especially how it sits on the nose. 

And it's true, in summer, when it's early sunrise, the mask is very helpful. I sleep better.
