Do not know the artist/the story behind the left one. 

But when I saw it yesterday on X (via solisolsoli), it immediately reminded me of 'The Lobster', a film by Yorgos Lanthimos; poster designed by Vasilis Marmatakis. 

If anyone knows more about the work on the left, do let me know.
