But when I saw it yesterday on X (via solisolsoli), it immediately reminded me of 'The Lobster', a film by Yorgos Lanthimos; poster designed by Vasilis Marmatakis.

I did try using Google Lens. All seem to have been reshared without due credits on FB, Pinterest and other sites. The earliest entry is 2013. Couldn't find the source.

Looks Russian or of eastern European origin. Have you tried using AI to identify it?
