I just wanted to remind you: Crying is a way to regulate overwhelming emotions and cortisol (the stress hormone) is in your tears, so when you cry, the stress hormone literally leaves your body. Also, when you cry, oxytocin and endorphins are released. So let's normalize crying as a strength and a good way to regulate a broken body, because it can really help with productivity and activation of the spirit.
