It really does here is some facts about what we see in this nebula; the nebula spans about 30 light-years across (30x9.5 trillion km). Thor's Helmet is a Wolf-Rayet bubble—a type of nebula formed by the intense stellar winds from a Wolf-Rayet star at its center, known as WR7. A Wolf-Rayet star is a massive, hot star in a pre-supernova phase, ejecting powerful stellar winds at speeds of up to 2,000 km/s, with a luminosity hundreds of thousands to millions of times that of the Sun.
