i prefer a split where i do some legs with other exercises (favorite is full body) just legs on a day by itself is madness to me 😅

that’s like saying i’ve been investing for 3 years but i only got in 40% of what i wanna invest in. hips and legs are incredibly important, especially to the entire posterior chain.

Of course! After a proper leg warm-up, blood circulation to the muscles will improve. You will find it much easier to train and recover. I suggest the MFR roll
