gm!!! i havent been casting as much this week as im trying to be present and have fun i have been working really hard over the past few months honestly i always want to be productive and find it hard to relax (athlete mindset) but i have enjoyed actually pausing and really enjoying life i can catch up on productivity but i cant go back and re-enjoy silly fun moments

That means I'm an athlete also😊. Same here, I always make sure to be productive and also fine good relaxation time to regenerate. Music takes a vital place in my relaxation time.
