WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF HAPPINESS?
My dopamine level rises when I take long walks in the forest, eat good food, cuddle with my cat Fibi, and practice yoga in the mild morning sun.
In the abstract sense, happiness is in the pursuit of something. A goal, milestone, achievement. Iβm still trying to figure out what sustain happiness, or contentment, feels like.
WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN/WOMAN?
Compassion. So rare these days! If we can all be 10% kinder and more understanding of one another, we can change the world. Extending compassion out to others requires compassion with oneself, which is ridiculously difficult!
