My dopamine level rises when I take long walks in the forest, eat good food, cuddle with my cat Fibi, and practice yoga in the mild morning sun. In the abstract sense, happiness is in the pursuit of something. A goal, milestone, achievement. Iโ€™m still trying to figure out what sustain happiness, or contentment, feels like. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN/WOMAN? Compassion. So rare these days! If we can all be 10% kinder and more understanding of one another, we can change the world. Extending compassion out to others requires compassion with oneself, which is ridiculously difficult! WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST VIRTUE? Curiosity. Iโ€™m always down to try new things given my curious nature. Life is exciting this way! Iโ€™ve met so many interesting people and had memorable experiences that would (Continue ๐Ÿ‘‡)

I can be highly critical and judgmental of myself, and it spills into all my relationships including the cat. Sometimes sheโ€™s so done with my drama. @mumufengg. I loved doing this with you. Thank you for sharing your essence. I really identify with the idea that "I am my own worst enemy and my biggest critic." That has definitely caused me many problems, especially with self-esteem. You're absolutely right about what you say about compassion. If compassion were present in everyone, even a little and on a daily basis, the world would undoubtedly be much better than it is. A big shout-out to @mmups, who suggested I do this with you.
