Wowow! How does it work!? I’m not any close but I’m curious about the dynamics of such a session. Is it like general principles or exercises that are suitable and convenient for bike riders? Btw, love that Miguel Induráin photo☺️

Next month, we’ll build on those basic principles w more strength for the imbalanced muscles (shoulders and back, external hips) + more cardio. As the cardio part of the season ramps up, we will back off, focusing more on injury prevention/recovery. All classes come w 🥗! Ps: agree that image is dope!!

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. The aim is to support the rider through a series of classes which respond to the changing needs of the season. In this first class, we start with some light cardio via vinyasa sequences, external hip, quad and back strengthening asanas, and round things w a full body stretch.

Hoping to expand this series into an online accessible version and/or a retreat for cyclists where we do am yoga, eat delicious fuel, ride all day, eat more, and yoga again after the ride. Prob somewhere in the EU. No plan yet, just dreamz.
