These past couple of weeks I've been focused on making the Warpcast app feel faster. There is still more room for improvement but I'm happy to say that we've been able to move the needle. We did this by: - parallelizing more requests in the background - tweaking when we issue certain requests - lazy loading data into lists - lazy loading large resources such as videos We can already see improvements in some charts that haven't been easy to move before. I'm particularly happy that my Android feed loads much better as seen in the before and after videos in the replies. Please let me know if you see improvements and especially if you encounter any issues.

So that's what I've been experiencing until today… some tweaks on the background!?!?😅 For 6 days the Warpcast app has been running on pedals on my mobile, crashing after 6 or 7 minutes no matter what I was doing, heating up my mobile and draining the battery. I thought it had something to do with my account, with the new tabs for the channels, so I have ended up removing lost of them from favourites (below the maximum), I deleted all my drafts, and signed out from all the clients I had my account linked too 😅 and just today I decided to uninstall the app deleting all data and reinstall it. Now it’s running again normally, that compared with my previous days usage is light speed, so I’m just happy and grateful to you for whatever you have done (even if it’s just a coincidence and it has nothing to do with me entire recent journey😆) Thanks!

Oh man sorry you had such a bad experience but glad it's working now. I'd be very curious to know what was going on. Which platform and device are you in?
