curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

i'm def not a early bird, i always sleep late & wake up late. But even though, i think waking up early & doing exercises is the wise decision for health, especially waking up at dawn
