How large is the pseudonymous workforce and how quickly is it growing?

our org is ~30 now and we are anon forward.  however we still have to retain identity documents to be compliant with local regs, however the only person to see this is our general counsel. Publicly we all retain our psuedonyms.

ya i've came across noxx in my web3 platform journeys as I do a significant amount of recruiting in house. i like the idea but we have to file contractor SA's due to our directorship structure, and thus identity documents. But traveling right now, will shoot a mail to the hi@noxx this week to sync up.
