In my defense, things mostly do get done but it looks uglier and more degenerate with every sprint. This is also why I quit regular career and became a consultant. They expect you to stay in First Week mode throughout. Second Month imo is the right level of project management. Everything else is either overmanagement or undermanagement. I spend about 50% of my time there. If I can get it up to 70% I’d consider myself a good PM. The priority is to eliminate undermanagement first (end of semester state when clothes don’t even get cleaned instead of cleaned in an overorganized way)
