On bluesky… and I agree. Being scared of dunking is a bad reason to avoid quote casts. That’s throwing out baby with bathwater. Need alt ways to mitigate dunking. Threads and quotes are 2 must-have features despite their costs. It’s the job of the product to manage the costs. https://i.imgur.com/TSYndor.jpg

That's fair - been trying to think through mitigation patterns with this tbh. I also wonder if any mitigation is going to be "too much" mitigation for some folks?
