Decided to completely yolo this year with zero goals/planning outside of consulting gigs. Wake up every day, put out hottest fire on gigs, then do whatever seems most tempting. Don’t work on anything unfun until it becomes an urgent crisis. I already do this every year but usually I plan not to.
