Early in my time in web3 I aligned w/ a company whos vision I thought bold + ppl I enjoy working with. We had some big Ws in 21, but w/ the highs came immense scrutiny & criticism on very public stage. Building through the highs & lows gave me appreciation for the tenacity & resilience required to be here longterm
