In general I think it is complicated in our society to take a complete break from smartphones, PCs and TVs, everything passes through these devices. You can certainly reduce the hours of daily activities by dedicating them to family, sport, reading and hobbies. It's really hard to detox. Technology is a drug for our unconscious, we spend hours on mobile and don't realize it.

I hear you. It really is tough to step away from our smartphones, computers, and TVs when they're such a big part of how we function day-to-day. It's like they've become a default go-to for everything we do. Finding a balance by cutting back on screen time and spending more quality moments with family, enjoying sports, reading, or pursuing hobbies sounds like a great approach. How do you manage to juggle your screen time with other activities that matter to you?
